We ship your orders within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days in mainland France.

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (5 to 10 business days).

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for all orders over €30. Below that, shipping costs €5.00.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Stainless steel does not rust or tarnish, and it is also hypoallergenic. Avoid contact with chlorine and seawater.

Do you offer adjustable sizes?
Yes, all our rings and some of our bracelets are adjustable.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days to return an unworn item in its original packaging.

How do I make a return?
Contact us through our Contact page to obtain a return label. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.
